BBB Commends 18 Years of Partnership with Rogers Roofing

The banner of the letter screams: Congratulations to you on attaining 18 years of accreditation with the Better Business Bureau!And Rogers Roofing is both honored and humbled by this compliment, especially one coming from the highly-respected organization, no less.

Greg Smitley, President/CEO of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) commended Rogers Roofing, Inc. for outstanding achievement and longstanding partnership with the organization. “We greatly value your support and your relationship with BBB. Not every business qualifies to be accredited by the BBB or is extended an invitation to join,” says Smitley in the letter which also enjoined the staff to take pride for Rogers Roofing’s longevity, customer loyalty and community contribution.

The congratulatory statement came with a ‘Certificate of Appreciation’, a tangible testament to the words of praise personally addressed to John Rogers himself, President/Owner of Rogers Roofing, Inc.

Expressing gratitude, BBB also lauded Rogers Roofing’s leadership and participation in living out the eight ‘Principles of Trust’ established as the foundation of the BBB, namely: Start With Trust, Advertise Honestly, Tell the Truth, Be Transparent, Honor Promises, Be Responsive, Embody Integrity, and Safeguard Privacy.

Rogers Roofing is a family owned business which started in 1968 and now employs around 30 plus highly-skilled staff. The company, which also offers siding and windows services, is based in Wabash Hammond, IN but also serves Hammond, Highland, Munster, Schererville, and Crown Point, IN; Chicago, Orland Park, Calumet City, Homewood, Palos Park, IL and nearby communities.

BBB, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing marketplace trust, was founded in 1912.  Coordinated under the Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) in Arlington, Virginia, the organization now consists of 112 independently incorporated local BBB groups in the United States and Canada. It mainly serves as an intermediary between consumers and businesses but also reviews advertising, alerts the public to scams, and assists when accredited companies desire to donate to charities.
