Like most of you, we are monitoring the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the health concerns facing our communities. As a result, we have taken numerous actions to do our part in helping limit the spread of the virus, while still providing you with the exceptional products and services that homeowners have come to expect from Rogers Roofing.
We are following CDC guidelines for businesses, including increased cleaning at our offices and facilities and revamped health precaution policies for one-on-one and in-home interactions.
We have instructed our employees who can work from home to do so. Our production team is practicing social distancing and avoiding as much contact as possible.
For homeowners who have scheduled installation projects and have chosen to keep their appointments during this time, we want to make every effort to meet your expectations and honor your appointments, all the while following the enhanced health precaution guidelines from the CDC. If you choose to postpone your appointment until a later date because you or someone in your household is ill, or simply because you are not comfortable meeting with us at this time, we understand.
When it comes down to it, it is you, our homeowners, who have the final say in how and when we work with you. Your comfort level inviting us into your homes is paramount. As always, we are honored and humbled by your invitation, and we look forward to helping you with your home improvement projects, both now and in the future.
